Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.Orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days after dispatch, accounting for international transit from India to the US if applicable.

Processing time

Each Zartaraa piece is handcrafted in India and made with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Transit time

 Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; handcrafted production, international transit, and customs processing can occasionally take longer. We will keep you updated if your order is delayed.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We are charging $5 currently flat for all shipping orders below $75.

Import duties and customs

Our prices include all United States import duties, customs fees, and carrier brokerage charges. You will not be asked to pay anything further when your order is delivered.

Risk of loss and delivery address

Zartaraa bears the risk of loss or damage in transit until the carrier records delivery to the shipping address you provided. After confirmed delivery, responsibility for the package passes to you. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout; we cannot be responsible for deliveries to an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided.
